Formula
Percent works like a phone calculator: 200 × 10% = 20, and 500 + 10% = 550 (10% of 500 is added). Multiplication and division are done before addition and subtraction, as in maths.

Does it use degrees or radians?
Degrees by default, which is what most school problems use. Tap DEG to switch to RAD.
Why is 0.1 + 0.2 exactly 0.3 here?
Computers store decimals with tiny rounding errors. The calculator rounds the answer to 12 significant digits so you see the correct result.
